Welcome to SaaSkit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SaaSkit, available at https://getsaaskit.io.

By purchasing, accessing, or using SaaSkit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaaSkit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the product.

These Terms apply from the date you first access or purchase SaaSkit.

2. License Grant

Upon purchasing SaaSkit, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal or business projects.

Your license includes:

  • Full access to the SaaSkit codebase and features
  • The right to modify the software for your own projects
  • The ability to deploy products built using SaaSkit

This is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription fees.

3. License Restrictions and Termination

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the source code
  • Make SaaSkit publicly available as a competing product
  • Claim ownership of the original SaaSkit framework

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to SaaSkit at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

Termination does not grant a refund.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of SaaSkit, all sales are final.

Once access to the source code or downloadable materials has been granted, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

5. No Warranty

SaaSkit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The software will meet your specific requirements
  • The software will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any defects will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities.

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for SaaSkit.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • How you use SaaSkit
  • The applications you build using SaaSkit
  • Any content, data, or services you deploy

We are not responsible for user-generated content or how the software is implemented in your projects.

8. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

If you have already purchased SaaSkit, your license remains valid and will not require additional payment. Future updates, features, or versions may be subject to separate pricing.

9. Intellectual Property

SaaSkit, including its original source code, branding, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of its creator.

Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the core framework.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
